Return window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled items in original condition. Items must be returned with all packaging, hardware, and accessories included.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
Installed, used, damaged, or modified parts cannot be returned.
Electrical components
Electrical items cannot be returned after installation.
Final sale
Full e-moto orders and made-to-order bike purchases are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement, partial refund, or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
