Shipping
Processing time
In-stock parts ship within 1–3 business days from the USA. Made-to-order full e-motos and custom builds typically take 2–4 weeks before they ship; you'll receive an estimated build window after ordering.
Shipping methods
We use trusted domestic carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) for parts. Full bikes ship via freight with signature required.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves the workshop. If you don't see it within 5 business days, check your spam folder or reach out.
International
International shipping is available on parts. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Full e-motos ship domestically only at this time.
Damaged or missing items
Inspect your package on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.
